Vegetables, is the first full length project from Brooklyn emcee Boss Carrot. The tape consists of eleven tracks based on Boss Carrot's life since birth, an insight into the realities faced by a youth growing up in Bed Stuy. Through passionate rhetoric and melodic rhythms, Boss Carrot emulates a young Huey Newton, looking to restore power to the people. His message of hope, positivity and enlightenment reminds us to "Eat your Vegetables" and "Spread love is the Brooklyn Way".

The tasteful production of Vegetables is the result of the talents of JP, Dre, and several other dope NYC engineers. The track list also features other promising artists including vocalist Monroe and rappers Direct Connect and Henry Blanco. And, to make things even more of a Brooklyn affair, the tape is sponsored by the Williamsburg based social platform; The CIty Don't Sleep.

Vegetables, is ultimately a testament to a lifestyle that serves as food for thought.
